I rarely indulge in alcohol, yet nothing elevates an exquisite meal quite like a fine wine shared in delightful company. On this occasion, I was presented with a choice of two exceptional vintages, both of which I sampled with willing grace.
Both were simply exquisite, so perhaps a delicate white to begin, followed by a refined rosé for the main course?
